This is a long term fund focused on the domestic and global farming industry and farmland. Both funds are closed to new investors.
Income Fund
Gulfstream Capital Income Fund is a fund of 7 investments in certain sectors of income producing real estate including medical office buildings, micro-surgery centers, luxury vacation properties, shipping and storage facilities and redevelopment tax credit buildings. The fund seeks to provide investors with annual dividends and is closed to new investors.
Government REIT
Gulfstream Gov REIT is a fund formed to invest in the Hale Government Building Fund, a real estate company owning 16 properties leased by the U.S. government through U.S. General Services Administration or the occupying government agencies and departments. All leases are full faith and credit obligations of the U.S. government and are not subject to budgeting or appropriations. This fund is closed to new investors.
