F-4 FUND DISCLAIMERS:

Any information on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of any offer to buy or sell any securities. Any such offer will be made solely to qualified investors by means of a private placement memorandum and related subscription materials. This presentation may not be disseminated without the prior written consent of Gulfstream Capital, LLC (the “Investment Adviser”), a registered investment advisor.

The description herein of these investment strategies is intended to be a summary and should not be considered an exhaustive and complete description of the potential investment strategies used by the Investment Adviser. F-4 Fund, LLC (the "Fund") is a fund that invest substantially all its capital in the aforementioned strategy. This summary contains forward-looking statements that are based on current expectations and assumptions, and represent the beliefs of the Investment Adviser. These statements are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ substantially on a quarterly, annual, and/or other periodic basis. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Prospective investors should read the entire confidential offering memorandum of the Fund, including the “Certain Risk Factors” section therein, and consult with their own advisers before deciding to invest in such fund.

Net and Gross Performance Results, used interchangeably with Net and Gross Results, reflect a Net Asset Value (“NAV”), weighted average Net and Gross Return, respectively, across the Fund which is managed by the Investment Adviser. The “Net Asset Value” of a class or a series of a fund’s interests or shares is equal to the gross assets less the gross liabilities attributable to such class or series (as the case may be) as of any date of determination. For a given accounting period, the weighted average is a fraction whose numerator is obtained by first multiplying i) the beginning-of-period NAVs and ii) the period’s Returns for the Fund to produce the period’s Return dollar value for the fund, and then adding the two Return dollar values together. The denominator of the fraction is obtained by adding the beginning-of-period NAV for the Fund. Gross Returns represent Returns after all ongoing expenses and brokerage costs, as well as the reinvestment of all dividends and other earnings, if any. Net Returns deduct from Gross Returns the 2% management fee and 20% incentive fee. None of returns have been audited. Returns between the dates of October 2012 and August 2018 are produced by a backtest and are hypothetical. Fund Returns are stated to measure total pretax returns to a hypothetical U.S. taxable investor who i) invested in the Fund at inception, ii) participated in the current fee structure for the duration of the investment, and iii) made no additional subscriptions or withdrawals. Investment results may vary for investors depending on their respective high water marks and elections with respect to new issues. Past performance is not indicative of future results and the Results listed herein should be viewed for comparative and illustrative purposes only. No representation is made that the Fund or Investment Adviser or any other investment vehicle will, or is likely to, achieve a record similar to that shown. The Investment Adviser's investment activities involve a high degree of risk. Investors may incur substantial losses on their investments. Please refer to the sections entitled “General Notes and Definitions” and “Certain Risk Factors” in the official subscription documents for the Fund when reviewing the performance herein. When the Fund participates in initial public offerings registered under the Securities Act (i.e., new issues), investors who are “restricted persons” under FINRA rules, as well as executive officers and directors of certain companies that have or may have certain investment banking relationships with broker-dealers selling new issues, will be limited in the amount of profits (if any) that they may be allocated from such new issues in which the Fund invests or prohibited entirely from participating in such new issues. To the extent an investor is subject to these limitations, an investment in the Fund has the potential to produce lower performance than that experienced by investors who are not subject to such restrictions. The performance information herein reflects new issues profits and/or losses. Any investor that does not provide satisfactory notification to show that it is not subject to FINRA-related limitations on participation in new issues will be presumed to be subject to them.

The "Inception Date" is that of the GCM fund managed by Mark Gaffney, a current member of the Investment Adviser. and which invested in a parallel fashion to the Fund, which was launched on August 2005. Therefore 8/2005 - 9/2012 Performance Results, as defined above, are those of the GCM fund. The GCM fund ceased operations from 10/2012 - 8/2018 and was re-launched in September 2018. The results for this period of 10/2012 - 8/2018 are backtested results. Backtested results are based on the strategy criteria employed real-time by the GCM fund from 8/2005 - 9/2012 and more recently from 9/2018 - 10/2019. The backtested returns reflect a 33% cash holding, which is typical of the GCM fund's average real-time cash allocation. Backtested performance is hypothetical: The results may not reflect the impact that market factors might have had on the manager's real-time execution of the back-tested model.

The Performance Results from 10/2012 - 8/2018 are backtested, hypothetical or simulated performance results. These Performance Results were calculated using the same trading strategy used from 8/2005 - 9/2012 and from 9/2018 - 10/2019. Additionally, ⅓ or 33% cash holding was applied. However, sales and tax charges, including those required in the event of transfers between assets, have not been taken into account. Please note, hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading or the costs of managing the portfolio. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

The S&P 500 Index (“S&P 500”) is a broad-based index which is used for comparative purposes only and has been selected because it is well known and easily recognized by investors. The S&P 500 is considered to be generally representative of the U.S. large capitalization stock market as a whole. There are significant differences between the S&P 500 and the Fund. The S&P 500 is not actively managed, represents a fixed group of securities, includes the reinvestment of all income, and does not reflect the deduction of any expenses or fees. The Fund does not invest in all or necessarily any of the securities in the S&P 500. In addition, the Fund may have different and higher levels of risk, including through the use of leverage and concentrated positions, and volatility. The performance of the funds may not be comparable to the performance of the S&P 500. It is not possible to invest directly in this index. The S&P 500 returns presented herein include dividends and the data was obtained from Yahoo! Finance.
